Your safety is our top priority. Please know that the precautions we have put in place are to keep everyone safe, and to ensure a fun and enjoyable environment. We ask that guests strictly adhere to the rules of the exhibit. Should guests fail to follow protocols, they will be asked to leave and a refund will not be provided.
Health Screening – A health screening will be required upon check-in. Please note, guests who are experiencing any symptoms such as a sore throat, runny nose, cough, and fever will not be permitted access. Guests who have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID19 in the 14 days prior to their ticket date will not be permitted access.

Masks 

    Face coverings are recommended in public spaces of the hotel. We request guests aged 12+ who are not yet fully vaccinated wear face coverings in the event space.
Social Distancing – Please respect personal space and reduce points of congestion with others.
Hand Sanitizer Stations – Hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the hotel and exhibit space, guests are encouraged to use them often.
Contact Tracing – You agree to have your contact information stored with Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, and if required, shared with the Provincial Health Authority for purposes of contact tracing for 30 days after your visit.

Arrival

    Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior or on time for your scheduled timeslot. Tickets are only valid for the date and time purchased and will not be accepted once your time slot has expired. When you arrive at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, please proceed to the Discovery Level located on floor 1 to check-in.

Refunds/Exchanges

    Tickets are able to be canceled up to 24hrs prior to your timeslot and are fully refundable to the card used for purchasing. Tickets for missed timeslots are not refundable. Should the exhibit be postponed by Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for any reason, your ticket payment will be refunded to the card used for purchasing.

Pets

    Though we love our four-legged friends, animals are not allowed in the exhibit, with the exception of service animals.

Accessibility

    The exhibit is wheelchair accessible.

Age Limit
Guests of all ages are welcome. Please note that guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Camera Equipment

    DSLR cameras, tripods and other camera equipment is permitted within reason.

Weapons

    Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Alcohol

    Consumption of personal alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Installations

    The installations are designed to be touch-free. Please refrain from sitting on, or picking up props in the displays.
